Living with Stress founder and now consultant Marion Tyler said she was delighted the company's efforts had been recognised with such a high profile award. "We have more than 20 years experience in stress management training and have devised the best tools to combat the problem,'' she said. "We know demand for stress counselling is on the increase and we can help by providing trainers with the skills they need and working directly with organisations we can reduce the incidence of stress-related absences and ensure they have procedures in place to meet the very latest in Health and Safety requirements.'' The company says stress-related absence is costing UK businesses more than £10.5 billion each year through sick pay, lost production and NHS costs, with more than 13.4 million work days lost annually. Living with Stress offers a Diploma in Stress Management for individuals looking to work in the stress management arena and also delivers its own stress management training programmes direct to organisations.
