Video Arts to run Fish! events

Video Arts will bring Fish! adventure to the UK at three half-day events held in Edinburgh, London and Birmingham. The Fish! philosophy aims to inspire people to engage fully in their work and has already transformed the way many companies operate.

Carr Hagerman, who has brought the Fish! philosophy alive for organisations such as American Express, Guinness/UDV and 3M, will speak at the events and introduce the four principles of the Fish! philosophy: Play, Make Their Day, Be There and Choose Your Attitude.

Martin Addison, Director of Learning Resources at Video Arts said: “Fish! is one of most popular training programmes Video Arts provides. The philosophy shares invaluable learnings and has been tried and tested by organisations across the world and is really brought to life through the Fish! adventure experience.”

Fish! adventure encompasses fresh thinking with practical tools to bring the Fish! philosophy to life. The experience features useable ideas, new insights, lots of stories and the ever-elusive creature – FUN, ultimately creating a deeper understanding of how you can be more fully engaged in work.
