Parity adds to management and leadership skills portfolio

Parity’s Training Division is working with John Seymour Associates to offer customers Business Effectiveness courses at its UK learning centres.

The courses, which include Managing Continuous Change, Business Effectiveness, Influencing Skills and Inspirational Leadership, cover communication models, techniques for overcoming internal conflict and language patterns.

“There’s a growing demand for leadership and management skills,” said Keith Hindle, Professional Skills Business Development Manager at Parity’s Training Division, “Managers have realised that by improving effectiveness in communication they can improve productivity and performance. We’re excited to be enhancing our leadership offering by adding business effectiveness skills to our course catalogue.”
