Ashridge launches Centre for Coaching

Business school Ashridge has launched a Centre for Coaching. The company says the Centre is designed to consolidate and further develop the coaching it provides in the UK and across the globe.

The launch is supported by the appointment of Erik de Haan as Director of the Centre and Lindsey Masson as the Director of Executive Coaching.

Erik de Haan said: "The value and impact of good coaching cannot be underestimated. I am delighted to take on the directorship of the Centre, to ensure that Ashridge clients will continue to benefit from the very highest quality coaching available."

Lindsey Masson said: "I am delighted to work with one of the best brands in executive coaching. The demand for Ashridge coaching - from individuals as well as from teams across global organisations - has spiralled. I shall enjoy ensuring that we can grow our business to respond to the coaching needs of our clients, bringing them the best combination of coaching expertise and business knowledge available in the market."
