AdVal driving forward with e-learning implementation

AdVal Learning Solutions have signed an agreement with Volvo IT to develop an e-learning solution that will be used to communicate the business benefits and to provide a taster to approximately 10,000 staff within Volvo Truck Corporation of how the new version of their Global Dealer System (GDS) software application will work.

The e-learning programme will be initially developed in English and one other language and, if successful, Volvo IT plan to localise the e-learning programme to suit the 18 countries and 3 continents in which GDS is used.

Peter Bonfield, Programme Director at AdVal Learning Solutions commented, "Supporting this type of IT application rollout is something we’re very familiar with and we’re looking forward to the challenge of developing an e-learning solution that both communicates the benefits of the new GDS application as well as providing an overview of the new functionality that the application will provide to dealership staff.
