The e-learning programme will be initially developed in English and one other language and, if successful, Volvo IT plan to localise the e-learning programme to suit the 18 countries and 3 continents in which GDS is used. Peter Bonfield, Programme Director at AdVal Learning Solutions commented, "Supporting this type of IT application rollout is something were very familiar with and were looking forward to the challenge of developing an e-learning solution that both communicates the benefits of the new GDS application as well as providing an overview of the new functionality that the application will provide to dealership staff. "The opportunity to continue our involvement in helping Volvo IT to carry out a front end analysis to ensure that the training requirements are properly scoped prior to development of the most appropriate full training implementation is something we very much welcome and this really does play to the strengths of AdVal, not just as a supplier of e-learning materials but as a leading learning solutions provider"
