The first roll-out of Futuremedias Learning For All offering has been launched to ING Directs employees with an internal marketing campaign and a series of road shows. Futuremedias Learning For All programme is a fully hosted service that allows employees access to an internet-ready, fully installed home computer with on-line learning content at a discounted cost through Government tax incentives. "A key reason for participating in the HCI program is to support our vision for high staff retention as well as to attract new employees," said Jennie Monon, HR Director at ING Direct. "The program is recognised as a genuine benefit for staff and their families and will also enable employees to develop transferable skills to contribute towards their success in a growing company. We are keen to provide a range of additional learning opportunities for our employees and this is an important part of our on-going program."
