Home > News > March 2005 > 03-Mar-2005 Travel company embarks on e-learning projectInternational leisure travel company First Choice has chosen to work with e-learning company BrightWave to create a training programme designed to improve sales and customer service skills. The two-hour e-learning course will focus on the soft skills needed for effective customer management as well as the processes involved in foreign exchange transactions. First Choice aim to deliver the training to over 3000 employees located in nearly 300 shops and holiday hypermarkets around the country. "We chose Brightwave because we liked their style - approachable, adaptable and really willing to work with us," said Liz Bennett, Training and Development Manager for First Choice Retail. "When you embark on a large project like this, it is vital to choose a supplier that can demonstrate good relationship management skills as well as an understanding of your businessand learning environment. BrightWave proved to us that they have the necessary expertise and experience to make the project a success." Charles Gould, Managing Director of BrightWave said, "We are well-known for working closely with our clients throughout projects to make sure that the courses we deliver meet their objectives, and this partnership approach was an important factor for First Choice."
