Rob Barham, CEO of TACK International, said: "Research showed us that 70% of mobile users now regularly use text messaging. Because the text tips follow on directly from a delegate’s course and are sent from their trainer, they keep the momentum of their learning moving by regularly re-enforcing and reminding the salesperson about relevant topics they can use everyday." TACK International delegates receive two ‘TACK Tips’ each week for three months following their course. "TACK Tips are a fresh and convenient way of providing more value to our customers and are a novel way of showing how you can ‘learn it today and use it tomorrow’," added Barham.
