Home > News > September 2007 > 17 September 2007 Instructional design courses scheduled for US and UKNeil Lasher, managing director of of Trainer1, is facilitating two two-day courses on instructional design. Called 'More than Instructional Design - learn to think in colour', the events take place on 4th - 5th October at the Raddison Edwardian Hotel, Heathrow, in the UK, and on 15th - 16th October at the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Centre, Atlanta, Georgia. "Delegates receive tips on how to isolate the learning requirements, create the right blend to address different groups and styles, design a course map, identify opportunities for interactivity, learn to consider the correct intervention and practice using creativity," said Lasher who, in recent months, has conducted these courses in the USA, the UK, across Europe, Canada and Russia. "We provide a process for structuring e-learning courseware to facilitate effective, performance-enhancing e-learning, taking you through the instructional design process from Z to A," he added. "This course will benefit those responsible for assessing, designing and producing e-learning and blended programmes and/or who need to know how to assess online learning materials."
