Called 'Effective Time Management', the new 90-minute course aims to aims to help individuals prioritise their time and reduce stress. The course was developed in conjunction with live training provider Partners in Business and is available online and on interactive DVD and CD-Rom. Chris Horseman, managing director of Balance Learning, said: "For many people, poor time management is the biggest stumbling block to their success. This interactive course enlivens the subject and truly engages interest. "It will help you to develop good personal and professional habits, enabling you to gain control of time and maximise your effectiveness both within and outside of the workplace." The course content includes the principles and practices of time management; how to recognise your own time management style; tools and techniques for planning, prioritising and controlling your workload; and strategies for working with others. Pre and post course assessment surveys are included, and the course also features a printable 30-page reference book.
