Kineo opens Sheffield office

e-Learning provider Kineo has announced the opening of its first regional office in Sheffield. Wendy Weller-Davies has been appointed as project director at the new location.

Kineo's managing partner Steve Rayson said: "Our vision is to develop a global network of creative Kineo studios to support our clients locally and to attract the best e-learning talent in the region.

"We were attracted by the established e-learning cluster in Sheffield and the opportunity to grow a substantial operation in the city to serve clients in the region including Ufi/learndirect. With two universities and a thriving local digital and creative industry I am confident that we can add to our talented team in Sheffield.

"I am particularly delighted that Wendy will be joining Kineo as her skills and experience will help us grow our operations in Sheffield. Wendy has 18 years of experience in e-learning, in project management, account management and consultancy roles."

Wendy Weller-Davies previously worked at Learning Light, Tata Interactive Systems and ACT Consultants. She said: "I am excited at the prospect of developing the Kineo Sheffield Office. We already have a number of clients, such as Ufi/learndirect in the city and we look forward to growing our local client base."
