New Video Arts programme aims to combat silo mentality in organisations

Video Arts has launched a new learning programme aimed at helping learners break through silos within their organisation to develop more effective working relationships with other teams and departments.

Featuring James Dreyfus, James Lance and Frances Barber, 'Inside Information: A Silo-Buster’s Guide to Internal Customer Service' aims to demonstrate the importance of treating internal customers with the same respect as external customers. Topics include:

  • What internal customer service is and why it is important
  • Meeting internal customer needs
  • Communicating with internal customers
  • Giving personal support

The programme can be purchased on DVD, and will soon be available as an e-learning self-study course.
