Charity Learning Consortium announces new members

The Charity Learning Consortium (CLC), a membership organisation dedicated to providing cost effective e-learning into the charity and voluntary sectors, has announced the addition of four new members.

Formed in 2001 by six charities looking to share learning resources, CLC now has a membership of 40 voluntary organisations - from small housing associations to global charities.

The latest members to join include Diabetes UK, Orders of St John Care Trust, National Childminding Association and Personal Service Society (PSS).

CLC provides its members with the opportunity to network with other members via quarterly meetings and a newly launched online networking tool.

As a result of gaining four new members, CLC will be planting four new trees in Nightingale Wood in the Great Western Community Forest near Swindon. The CLC's pledge to plant new trees for each member is realised through the International Tree Foundation.
