Home > News > October 2009 > 27 October 2009 Punch Partnerships and ThirdForce develop new e-learning offerPunch Partnerships and e-learning provider ThirdForce have announced a joint venture to launch a new e-learning training initiative. Punch is working with ThirdForce to enable their partners across their leased estate to access the same health and safety and food hygiene training that is being delivered to Punch's managed division. David Mayes, head of retail training for Punch Taverns, said: "Launching the opportunity to complete compliance training via e-learning is part of our drive to increase the level of support we offer to help increase, not only the skills of our partners, but also those of their pub teams. "If this initial offer is successful, we will look at offering a wider range of training via e-learning." Punch and ThirdForce are launching the initiative at the Punch Taverns Roadshow events taking place nationwide during October and November. Punch partners who register before December 2009 can take advantage of a buy one get one free offer.
