CompTIA hosts ICT training conference in Vienna

CompTIA is hosting its eighth annual Strategies EMEA conference in Vienna on on 4-6 November 2004.

The Strategies conference, designed for senior-level executives in the Information and Communications Technology learning industry, includes on-site conference workshops, keynote addresses and networking opportunities. Prior to the conference, delegates can take advantage of pre-conference research, presentations and documentation. Following the event there will be post conference calls, cybercasts and surveys.

At this year’s conference delegates have an opportunity to hear from the buyers of ICT training during a Buyers’ Panel General Session. With so many options available for technology learning, what do buyers actually want? How do they identify the right training program for their purpose?

Session topics include:

  • Emerging Technologies: Upcoming Opportunities
  • Accreditation and Endorsement
  • Partnership Opportunities with Certification Vendors and Government
  • Consultative Selling: Defining the strategy
  • Consultative Selling: Planning the Operations
  • What to do About End-User Training?
  • Maximising profits
  • Organisational Assessment
  • Evolution of Security Training
  • The Perfect Learning Model Analysed
