HRD 2005: Roffey Park launches free guide on how to design and facilitate learning

Executive education provider Roffey Park will be launching a free guide showing how to design and facilitate learning interventions at HRD 2005 (12-14 April, Olympia, London).

Called Designing and Facilitating Learning, the free guide looks at identifying and meeting learning needs in an organisational development context. Topics include:

  • Creating learning interventions which respond to cultural issues and learning styles
  • Transferring learning back to the workplace.
  • Evaluating learning interventions
  • Assessing and maintaining your effectiveness as a facilitator

"The new guide highlights how a rigorous approach to training design and effective facilitation can help developers to deliver cost effective learning that meets the needs of individuals and the organisation," said Steve Tarpey, Director of Executive Development Programmes at Roffey Park.

On the first day of the HRD 2005 conference (1.45pm-3.00pm, 12 April), Linda Holbeche, Roffey Park’s Director of Research and Strategy, will be presenting in the A11 conference session, Creating a High Performance Organisation.
