Home > News > September 2005 > 06-Sep-2005 Hope guest of honour at Proskills launchPhil Hope, under secretary of state for education, will be the guest of honour at the official launch of Proskills, the new Sector Skills Council for the process and manufacturing industry. Terry Watts, Proskills CEO and Stephen Falder of HMG Paints and Proskills chairman, will give presentations on the role and objectives of Proskills. The event will take place on 1 November 2005 on board HQS Wellington in London. Proskills will cover five process and manufacturing industries: paint and coatings, extractives, glass, building products and printing.
