Home > News > October 2005 > 24-Oct-2005 Web-enabled psychometric tool debuts at CIPD eventConsulting Tools are offering visitors to the CIPD's annual conference and exhibition an exclusive opportunity to preview the new on-line version of the psychometric tool Thinking Styles. Following the preview at the Harrogate event, Thinking Styles will be officially launched on 1st November in London. Fiona Beddoes-Jones, Thinking Styles author and director of The Cognitive Fitness Consultancy, said: "The psychometric tool Thinking Styles reports on how someone's thinking style preferences will affect their leadership, management and working styles and their motivation, analysis and decision-making. "It measures 26 dimensions of thinking and develops a greater understanding of communication and processing styles, thereby significantly enhancing cohesion and working effectiveness amongst colleagues." According to Consulting Tools, visitors to their stand (C114) will be able to review sample reports and discuss their own cognitive profiles with the author and developer of Thinking Styles, Fiona Beddoes-Jones.
