Bev Cavender, creative director of Out of the Box, said: "The Out Of The Box product range provides trainers and learners with brand new, up-to-date training resources that are both easy to understand and easy to use. Our products have been field tested with real groups of learners and we have received excellent feedback."

Suitable for up to 12 trainees, each box contains activities and exercises, and details of the Out Of The Box helpline, which can provide guidance or suggestions

Topics covered include:

  • Coaching
  • Equal Opportunities
  • Communication
  • Problem Solving
  • Ice Breakers
  • Customer Service
  • Performance Management

Fiona Silberbach, managing director of Out Of The Box, said: "The Out Of The Box system has a number of benefits including the reduction of preparation time involved with training. It also provides fresh and interesting ways of presenting ideas to help engage delegates."

January 2006 will see the arrival of a new range of products, including management theories for supervisors and managers; performance management; learning styles; questioning and listening; business simulation for production staff; and team working and energisers to add fun.

Fiona continued: "Our products are inspired by a continuing passion for, and a wealth of experience in, development and training. Out Of The Box was set up to provide a creative way of problem solving, which different organisations can always find a training solution from and we are happy to say that we've had great feedback from satisfied customers!"

Out Of The Box will be exhibiting at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition between 26th and 28th October 2005 on stand number M144.
