The conference, now in its seventh year, runs alongside the Learning Technologies exhibition and is comprised of three track themes: learning & development at work; aligning learning to business; and effective learning using technology. Conference organiser Mark Penton said: "In assembling this year's programme we have focused on addressing organisational learning from a strategic business perspective and we have selected speakers with strong practical experiences gained from leading organisations. This is clearly demonstrated by the four plenary speakers: Dr Mary Kay Vona, learning and development partner, IBM Business Consulting Services; Nick Foster, VP Human Resources, Oracle Corporation; Dr Jack Phillips, chairman, ROI Institute; and Charles Jennings, global head of learning, Reuters. In total, thirty eight expert speakers will provoke, challenge and entertain us, during two days of debate."
