Home > News > June 2006 > 29-Jun-2006 Leadership Trust announces conference line-upThe Leadership Trust Foundation has announced details of its 9th annual conference. Entitled 'Leadership: inspiring greatness in others', the conference will be held from 19-20 September 2006 at The Leadership Trust's centre in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. The conference line-up includes an introductory keynote from John Adair, author of over 40 books including 'How to Grow Leaders' and 'Effective Leadership Development'. The opening keynote, 'How to create IMPACT as a leader' will be by motivational speaker Nigel Risner. Professor Adrian Furnham will speak after lunch on the first day, with Polar Explorer Ben Saunders opening the proceedings on day two of the conference. Colin Jackson, former Olympic athlete, will be the guest speaker on the second day of the conference. Senior figures from City of London Police, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and consultants working with the Scottish Executive will present case studies ranging from diversity to 'growing your own leaders'. Writer and broadcaster Gyles Brandreth will be this year's after-dinner speaker.
