Languages & Business 2008

The seventh Languages & Business, an annual conference for professional language training, foreign languages and business communication, takes place in Düsseldorf from April 21 to April 23 2008.

The organisers say that this year's conference has a particular focus on second-language education and intercultural skills in a professional environment and what firms need to know when they outsource training in these fields.

The event aims to provide a platform for participants to share ideas about new teaching media and methods, intercultural aspects of second-language acquisition, as well as best-practise examples.

Attendees are expected from the UK, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
