The organisers of the Learning Technologies Conference have announced the conference programme for the 25-26 January 2012 event. The programme of 50 speakers includes keynote addresses from Dr Edward de Bono, Ray Kurzweil and Jaron Lanier.
Now in its thirteenth year, the Learning Technologies Conference runs alongside two exhibitions: The Learning Technologies 2012 Exhibition and the co-located Learning and Skills 2012 Exhibition.
Conference Chair, Donald H Taylor, said: "Learning Technologies is a great opportunity for everyone involved in L&D to seek out ways to better lead their organisation's learning efforts."
In addition to the keynote addresses from Edward de Bono, Ray Kurzweil and Jaron Lanier, the 2012 conference line up includes 50 sessions covering: learning infrastructures, business aligned learning, collaborative learning, learning and performance, learning engagement, content design; social learning, new technologies, mobile learning, learning evaluation, learning management and many others.
Running alongside the Learning Technologies Conference, the Learning Technologies exhibition provides a showcase for the technology used for learning at work and features a free seminar programme running in five theatres in the exhibition hall.
Learning and Skills 2012 is co-located with the Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference and has a focus on people development, learning and performance, learning resources and HR systems and services.
Learning Technologies 2012 and Learning and Skills 2012 take place on 25-26 January 2012 at Olympia 2 in London.
