According to QA, over the six months to November 2004, requirements from QA clients for Project Management, Service Management (ITIL), Business Systems Analysis, Java and Oracle training have increased by up to 40%. As a result, QA requires instructors with extensive experience in any of these subject areas to join their team of 70 permanent instructors. QA currently has approximately 15 vacancies for instructors, managers and support staff. "We have seen exciting growth across key areas of our training portfolio including PRINCE2, .NET, Java and Oracle," commented Denise Carmichael, Head of General Training Operations at QA. "We need people who have a passion for their area of expertise and a desire to share that knowledge".
