"With this one solution, HRD personnel will no longer have to deal separately with analysing training needs, managing talent and coordinating the necessary training and they will be able to make considerable savings," said Rod Edwards, Chief Executive of KnowledgePool. "This system can lead to more effective succession planning, enhanced staff retention and greater organisational effectiveness, because employees will have the right skills for their role."
