KnowledgePool adds to online catalogue

KnowledgePool has announced that it has added over 1,000 instructor-led and online courses, from a range of training vendors, to its searchable online catalogue.

The company says the new additions to its Livebooker system bring the total number of courses to over 3,500. Courses include business skills, IT skills, risk management, disaster recovery, data security and new technologies, such as Wireless and Bluetooth.

KnowledgePool says its Livebooker system gives date, location, content and price information for its courses; provides an 'evaluation rating' given by other delegates; manages the approval and purchasing processes; and sends delegates joining instructions and reminders automatically.

"Our online system vastly reduces the time and cost of training administration by simplifying the process of selecting and buying training," said Rod Edwards, chief executive of KnowledgePool. "Because we manage many millions of pounds worth of training through suppliers, we can also pass on improved discounts and terms to our clients."
