COTU Charterhouse awarded BLA Quality Mark

COTU Charterhouse has been awarded the British Learning Association's Quality Mark for learning provision for the third time.

The Coventry based organisation, which is the corporate training arm of City College Coventry, were one of the first organisation's to have achieved the award in 1998.

Irene Cooke, business development manager at COTU Charterhouse said: "We want to be the best and we think it is well worth the effort and time assessing ourselves against proven criteria leading us towards excellence and improving performance in the world of learning and development."

Lance Spraggons, chair of the BLA's Quality Forum added, "It is always pleasing to award the Quality Mark to an organisation as it shows their long term commitment to quality. In the case of COTU it is doubly so as they have now had the Quality Mark for eight years."
