BroadSkill achieves ISO9001 certification

BroadSkill has announced that it has been certified ISO9001 compliant following a review of is processes and systems.

Kay Fletcher, operations director at BroadSkill, which provides training and database development services, said: "This is an important milestone for our company. We have always been proud of the service we offer to our clients and now with the award of ISO9001 this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of industries.

"With only around 3% of UK business holding this certificate, BroadSkill are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care".
