According to BPP, its five day Intensive Graduate Business Training Programme has been designed to equip today's graduates with the business skills that employers require. BPP says delegates will spend days one and two participating in a business simulation game, to gain experience of business strategy and team-working, as well as a range of core functions from marketing and competition to business finance. On days three to five, BPP says the programme concentrates on the development of practical skills from IT to public speaking, personal skills such as assertiveness and time management, and an understanding of professional conduct when working with colleagues and clients. Si Hussain, chief executive of professional development at BPP Professional Education, said: "Our courses will combine workshops, role-play sessions, group discussions and presentations, all designed to make graduates fit-for-purpose when they enter the world of work." The first programme will take place from 7 - 11 August, at BPP's Holborn office in London. For further information, contact BPP Professional Education on 0845 226 2422
