According to Skill Boosters, the new learning resources are designed to help employers prepare for October's new age regulations and help them realise the benefits of an age diverse workforce. Paul White, managing director of BDP Learning (producers of Skill Boosters resources) said: "This new diversity resource doesn't just consider organisations' and individuals' responsibilities under the new Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 - it looks beyond compliance, highlighting ageist stereotypes and promoting a clear message; 'it's about ability, not age'."
