REDTRAY merges with Bourne Training

Blended learning company REDTRAY has merged with e-learning provider Bourne Training.

Bob Woodland, CEO of REDTRAY said: "Bourne is a highly professional company with a long and successful trading history.

"Through this merger, we gain an experienced team with valuable knowledge, project management skills and educational design capabilities."

Mike Ditchburn, managing director at Hampshire-based Bourne Training added: "We are delighted with the agreement with REDTRAY. With REDTRAY's pre-eminent blended learning capabilities, we can now offer our clients a far wider range of training services and faster development timescales.

"The time is right in the training market for smaller businesses to consolidate. By joining forces with REDTRAY, we will benefit from its considerable technical and development capabilities that are vital when working for large blue chip clients.

"We look forward to working with REDTRAY's team and to becoming part of one of the UK's fastest growing companies in the sector."

Bourne Training will continue to trade independently under the Bourne brand for the foreseeable future.
