Chief Executive sets challenge for Leadership Trust staff

Paul K Winter, the Chief Executive of The Leadership Trust has challenged his staff to raise money and support charities in the local community in 2008.

With funds of £1000 per group to start their projects, eight teams are aiming to make as much money as possible for their chosen charity.

The challenge will see eight groups from The Leadership Trust working with local charities including Herefordshire Young Carers, Overmonnow Primary School PTFA, The Forest of Dean Children's Opportunity Centre and Herefordshire Nature Trust.

Staff are offering a wide range of support depending on the charities' needs including developing websites, updating playground facilities and improving habitats for butterflies and dormice.
