"We intend the SummitSkills website to become the central source of information for those wanting to develop skills and training in building services," said Keith Marshall, Chief Executive of SummitSkills. "I encourage everyone involved in the sector to register on the site to keep up to date on projects & initiatives and how they might benefit."
InterQuad acquires Bristol training company InterQuad Learning has announced the acquisition of Protech IT Training in Bristol. InterQuad says that David Bogart, Managing Director of Protech, will join InterQuad along with the entire Protech employee base. Bogart will have a senior management role responsible for managing and developing InterQuad's business in the West Country.
Survey finds improving quality is major issue for UK training managers in 2005 72% of the UK training managers surveyed by STAR Consulting think that improving quality will be one of the most important training management issues that they face in 2005. Daniel Sellar, Operations Director of STAR Consulting, said: "More and more organisations recognise the importance of continuous learning and development but as larger amounts of money are allocated higher standards are expected - both in terms of quality and effectiveness in addressing learning needs.
