SkillGate says their package delivers study modules in 'bite-size chunks' via email, direct to trainees' desktops and on a pre-set timescale. "From our extensive research we have found that trainees can only digest a few minutes of web training at a time," said Ian Page, director of SkillGate. "To properly benefit from online learning, trainees need to reflect on and test each element of the study they have worked through before moving onto the next stage". "Our motto is keep it simple," added Page. "Technology should be an enabler in delivering learning, rather than an exciting all bells and whistle feature in itself".
