InterQuad partners with Derby College to offer training in East Midlands

IT training provider InterQuad Learning has partnered with the IT CoVE at Derby College to offer IT courses at the location. InterQuad, a Microsoft Gold Partner for Learning Solutions, says it will be offering a full range of courses at the centre.

Line to showcase new projects at Learning Technologies 2006

LINE Communications Group says it will showcase a number of new projects from its client base at the Learning Technologies show at Olympia on the 25th and 26th of January.

The company says new e-learning content projects for BP, Princes Trust, Standard Life and the BBC will be featured, together with a number of blended learning projects for clients such as DfES, BP and BT.

LINE will also be delivering a free seminar entitled 'Learning Academies - perfecting the learner experience'.

Neil Lasher becomes ASTD UK's president

Neil Lasher, managing director of Trainer1, has been elected to the post of president of the UK chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD)'s Global Network for 2006.

Among the ASTD's UK chapter plans for 2006 is a two day conference, being held at Cambridge University on 14th and 15th March.
