Home > News > May 2004 > 28-May-2004 Xpertise to resell InfoBasis Enterprise Skills InfrastructureIT training company, Xpertise, has announced that it has agreed terms to resell InfoBasis Enterprise Skills Infrastructure (ESI). Xpertise will use the system as a platform for organisational Training Needs Analysis (TNA). "This will be a key element in our corporate offering," says Bill Walker, Xpertise Commercial Director. "Increasingly we recognise that our clients are looking for more sophisticated ways of managing their workforce development and human capital. They want to move from reactive training to pro-active skills management. We can now help them with this through InfoBasis ESI. We are already working with some major corporates where we plan to deploy InfoBasis ESI to hundreds of employees." Ashley Wheaton, CEO of InfoBasis Limited said: "Organisations now realise that training can be made more efficient and effective through skills management. We¹re delighted that a company with Xpertise's track record will be offering services based on InfoBasis ESI."
