QA Scotland awarded Platinum Training Partner status by Novell

Training and consulting provider QA has announced that it is the first training company in Scotland to be awarded Platinum Training Partner status by Novell.

Platinum membership, which forms part of the new Novell PartnerNet Programme, is by invitation only and it will, QA say, enable them to constantly update the training solutions it offers Novell clients through access to exclusive Platinum Partner benefits, including free practicum and proficiency training for Certified Novell Instructors (CNIs), free face-to-face trainer sessions and early adopter training opportunities.

"Platinum status is awarded against demanding criteria," said Julie White, Channel Sales Director at Novell. "The PartnerNet Programme for Training partners supports a growth in the market for Linux and Identity-Driven Solutions where QA has proved a valuable training partner. The extensive range of benefits made available to QA as part of the Novell PartnerNet Programme is a reflection of this success."

Joe White, QA Sales and Marketing Director, welcomed the accreditation: "An invitation to adopt Platinum membership of the Novell PartnerNet Programme is the most prestigious accreditation a Novell training provider can achieve. We intend to pass on the benefits this status presents to our Novell clients by continuing to develop and deliver high quality Novell training solutions."

QA have reported an increased demand for training in Novell administration skills and certification routes and have expanded its Novell portfolio into England. Selected Novell courses are newly available at QA's Swindon and London training centres.
