The accreditation enables Xpertise to deliver training for the Foundation and Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management. Both courses are part of the ISEB (Information Systems Examinations Board) range of qualifications which are managed by the British Computer Society. Xpertise's ISEB accreditation covers all of Xpertise's six training centres, authorising the company to deliver official ITIL courses in Greater Manchester, London, Maidenhead, the Midlands, Tyne and Wear and Yorkshire - and on site at customers' offices. According to Xpertise's managing director, Ian Johnson, ITIL Infrastructure Management represents a set of skills very much in demand by today's organisations: "IT departments need more than just technology skills. IT departments today have to work within clear processes, to defined standards and demonstrate not just value for money but also clear return on investment. ITIL Infrastructure Management is one of a range of development programmes we run that enable them to achieve this."
