After this time all candidates for CompTIA Server+ will test against the most recent objectives. The CompTIA Server+ exam was updated earlier this year aiming to incorporate the latest technologies in server architectures, hardware and peripherals and map as closely as possible to current job tasks. Geared toward mid- to upper-level technicians, the CompTIA Server+ certification is a vendor-neutral certification held by more than 10,000 candidates globally. The certification is designed to validate advanced-level technical competency of server issues and technology, including installation, configuration, upgrading, maintenance, troubleshooting and disaster recovery.
