Courses are available from Microsoft's Certified Partners for Learning Solutions and are designed to help IT workers to update skills and prepare for certification exams and new technology projects. Microsoft’s Certified Partners for Learning Solutions can integrate E-Learning content into their training programmes as well as hosting and branding the service themselves. Duncan Anderson, skills development manager at Parity, said: "Courses on the Microsoft E-Learning programme are a rich and valuable resource for training partners. Modern business demands flexibility in the delivery of IT training to workers, and online courses address this need perfectly." "An effective training programme will consist of a variety of instructional methods, such as class-based sessions and work from course books. Microsoft's online courses make a great addition to our blended-learning training programmes." Ram Dhaliwal, manager for training and certification at Microsoft said: "Feedback from our certified training partners, customers, and the training industry as a whole showed us that there was a clear demand for online training courses in Microsoft technology. The Microsoft E-Learning programme adds a great service to our portfolio of learning resources for IT professionals and developers." The courses comprise animations, simulations, games and quizzes, which are designed to engage participants and aid the retention of key information.
