Managing director at QA InterQuad, John Kauffman, said: "A recent survey showed that over 80% of our customers believe there to be a shortage of business skills in the technology industry. "Companies often focus on technical capability, without considering whether these skills are supported by the management and personal development skills that will ultimately strengthen the performance of the individuals and the organisation. "Through our recent acquisition of QA, we are now able to offer our customers an extensive range of the 'softer' skills that will enable organisations to build strong teams and effective individuals, from senior management to junior employees. "The portfolio has been developed to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences and focuses on practical skills and real workplace scenarios."
