Pearson VUE to sponsor Institute of IT Training award

The Institute of IT Training (IITT) has announced that Pearson VUE will be a sponsor of the IITT IT Training Awards 2008.

The IITT IT Training Awards aim to recognise and celebrate outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence across the IT Training industry.

Now in their 12th year, the Awards will take place at the Dorchester Hotel on Thursday 7th February 2008.

Paul Howarth, managing director of Pearson VUE, said: "At Pearson VUE, our greatest asset is our people and we believe that should be true of every organisation. No matter how good the product or service or how successful the organisation - it is the people that make it truly exceptional.

"Our involvement in sponsoring the Training Manager of the Year award demonstrates our belief that it is people who make a difference. We feel whoever wins this award will be able to make a difference to their organisation and to the lives of those people that pass through their training and certification programmes."
