Home > News > February 2004 > 16-Feb-2004 QA expands IT user trainingQA has announced the expansion of its end-user course schedule and bespoke training offering for clients across the UK. In response to client demand, QA will provide a schedule of one and two day training courses aimed at the users of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Courses for both introductory and advanced levels will be delivered in QA's training centres across the UK. "Today our clients are looking for learning programmes that either improve productivity or support a specific project," commented Janet Way, Head of Business Development at QA. "Organisations require a range of services, from training needs analysis (TNA) and training management to the cost-effective delivery of technical, business and end-user skills, and they want the ability to receive this training in a wide range of media. The extension of our end-user offering enables QA to provide a comprehensive, high-quality solution".
