Alliance & Leicester selects QA for managed training service

QA has been awarded a three-year contract by Alliance & Leicester for the delivery and administration of technology and end-user desktop training to Alliance & Leicester employees throughout the UK.

QA will manage training administration and delivery, including course booking, reporting and the provision of third-party training for up to 9,000 staff. A dedicated onsite QA administrator will manage course enquiries and the training booking and approval processes.

In addition, QA's online learning management tool, eDynamix, has been tailored to integrate with Alliance & Leicester's internal processes and provide streamlined booking and reporting functions.
