Pitman Training to deliver OCR qualifications

OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA) has signed a partnership agreement with training provider Pitman Training Group.

The arrangement will see a number of Pitman Training Centres deliver a combination of OCR CLAiT Plus with Microsoft Office Specialist units and OCR Text Processing. The package is designed to provide individuals and employers with a blend of OCR qualifications and the Pitman Training Diploma.

John Deacon, national account manager at OCR, said: "Information and Communication Technology plays a central role in many businesses today and it is important that employers and their staff can use its potential.

"We have worked closely with Pitman Training to provide them with a range of qualifications which will help them deliver flexible learning solutions that are particularly suitable for those in full time employment."
