CIPD selects Consensus to help manage training and course booking process

Training administration and membership management software provider, Consensus, today announced that it has been awarded a major contract for its CourseBooker application and significant systems integration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Consensus will provide functionality to manage complex Conference and Certification as well as training course administration, accounting and other support functionality.

CIPD will use Consensus to manage and administer training course bookings made via its call centre or through its online booking service.
