Home > News > August 2005 > 31-Aug-2005 Ventura selects Cobent LCMSVentura, one of the UK's largest contact centre outsourcers, is to use Cobent's e-learning software to train its staff and keep them updated on clients' products, services and policies. Howard Sears, Cobent's managing director, said: "We are really pleased to be working with Ventura. This is an exciting development in this sector for us and one we're keen to develop further. Ventura is a market leader in what they do and we're delighted they've selected Cobent LCMS as their e-learning solution. " Commenting on the deal, Ventura's IT Director, Rob Shaw, said: "Our people are our key asset. Technology is important as an enabler and we see Cobent's e-learning product as an important new element of our operation. Cobent LCMS is the perfect tool to help our operators stay focused on our clients - and their customers."
