Home > News > April 2005 > 13-Apr-2005 Leadership Trust announces conference line-upThe Leadership Trust Foundation has announced details of their 8th annual conference. Entitled “Leadership Under the Microscope”, the conference will be held from 20th – 21st September 2005 at the Leadership Trust’s centre in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. The conference line-up includes a keynote presentation by one of the early champions of Transformational Learning, Omar Khan, founder and senior partner of Sensei International. His opening keynote will be entitled “Leading with Passion”, which aims to explore emotional engagement, strategic planning and growing results. Khan will also lead an interactive session during the morning of the first day. Paul Kearns, director of HR measurement consultancy PWL, will provide the keynote session on the second day of the conference. His presentation will pose the question: “In order to gauge true leadership effectiveness, what exactly do we measure?” Dame Stella Rimington, former Director general of MI5, will be the guest speaker at the conference. Senior figures from DuPont, The Leadership Trust, Getfeedback and 3663 will present case studies highlighting subjects from leadership development through to personal integrity and continuous improvement.
