The course is targeted at senior managers, directors and business leaders, and runs over the course of a year. Delegates attend five two-day core workshops and select four half-day workshops from the available options. One to one coaching is offered and delegates also complete a team project. Commenting on the new programme, Vanessa Jarrett, VUE Recruitment & Training's managing director said: "This leadership course has been created as a result of direct feedback from VUE customers.
