VUE launches new management programme
Kent-based VUE Recruitment & Training has launched a new management programme, entitled 'Leading for Tomorrow'.
The course is targeted at senior managers, directors and business leaders, and runs over the course of a year. Delegates attend five two-day core workshops and select four half-day workshops from the available options.
VUE says the workshops focus on a range of leadership topics, including delegation and empowerment, professional development and change management. One to one coaching is offered and delegates also complete a team project.
Commenting on the new programme, Vanessa Jarrett, VUE Recruitment & Training's managing director said: "This leadership course has been created as a result of direct feedback from VUE customers. The course is flexible, can be studied over a long period and is ideal for those looking for a challenging management programme with a difference."
