Over the past 4 years, The Blue Water Partnership has run a training programme called Leading Change for Honda's UK dealership managers. A team from Honda's Customer Service Education Department in Japan made the decision to use The Blue Water Partnership's services in Asia. Starting in Taiwan, consultants from The Blue Water Partnership will be training Honda's trainers to enable them to implement the management development programme across the 40 Honda Taiwan dealerships. Geoff Matthews, head of the Honda Institute, said: "The UK programme has been an outstanding success, with 100% of the participating senior dealership management saying it had improved their performance. "It has exceeded our organisational objectives and has formed a first class part of the Institute's offering to the dealer network. The programme is innovative, effective and represents great value when investment is compared to return."
